Ubicación: Colonia Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
Compensación y Beneficios:
Sueldo semanal bruto de $4,200 ( de aqui se descuentan impuestos)

Lunes a domingo de 14:00 a 23:00 hrs (1 hora de comida)
Descanso rolado entre semana o fin de semana

Descripción del Puesto:
Buscamos Técnico Electromecánico altamente calificado para ejecutar mantenimiento especializado en sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos de instalaciones corporativas con capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas complejos en equipos críticos.
Experiencia Requerida
Mínimo 5-8 años en mantenimiento electromecánico de edificios comerciales, corporativos, plantas industriales o infraestructura crítica.
Conocimientos Técnicos Especializados
Sistemas de potencia, tableros de control, variadores de velocidad (VFD)
Motores eléctricos trifásicos, servomotores
Programación y diagnóstico de VFD (ABB, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider)
PLC y sistemas SCADA
Bombas, compresores, ventiladores industriales
Alineación láser de precisión
Análisis de vibraciones (certificación ISO 18436 deseable)
Termografía infrarroja (certificación ISO 9712 es plus)
Análisis de vibraciones, termografía, análisis de aceites
Interpretación de espectros FFT
Sistemas de lubricación industrial
Responsabilidades Principales
Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas electromecánicos
Diagnóstico avanzado de fallas con instrumentos especializados
Gestión de órdenes de trabajo dentro de SLAs establecidos
Inspecciones predictivas y análisis de condición
Instalación, puesta en marcha y comisionamiento de equipos
Alineación de precisión de equipos rotativos
Coordinación con contratistas y proveedores especializados
Soporte técnico y mentoría a equipo de mantenimiento
Ingeniería Electromecánica, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o Mantenimiento Industrial. Certificaciones técnicas profesionales altamente valoradas.
Manejo de CMMS (IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM)
Software de análisis de vibraciones, termografía y alineación láser
Interpretación de planos eléctricos, diagramas unifilares y P&ID
Herramientas digitales para documentación técnica
