You are a dynamic leader who manages a team of stewards, oversees operations, and drives service excellence. As a Stewarding Team Leader, you’re not just directly overseeing the steward team during shifts – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Lead, train and support the stewarding team while promoting Hilton’s Blue Energy, Vision and Values.
- Maintain strong communication with kitchen and hotel departments, reporting issues and supporting operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene and quality standards, including proper handling and storage of products.
- Oversee cleaning and stewarding operations, including kitchen sanitation, waste management, wash-up services and equipment upkeep.
- Monitor stock levels, follow hotel policies and procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and assist with meetings, projects and operational changes as required.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- High School certificate or above
- At least 3 years of working experience in a 5-star category hotel
- Minimum of 1 year as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel
- Knowledgeable in HACCP
