Right now we are seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join our EcoSure division, an industry leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business. EcoSure clients include top brands in the hospitality industry including foodservice and hotels, as well as convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care.
Brand Protection Advisor will provide best-in-class, comprehensive on-site visits, as well as teaching and coaching to help our clients maintain the highest standards.
To ensure effective performance in this role, the Brand Protection Advisor must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Warszawa, Wrocław, Kraków, or Poznań. Although the role is remote, it requires flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime based on business needs, as well as the ability to travel overnight for up to 50% of the time.
How you'll make an impact:
- Client site visits — Visit client locations to assess standards and support on‑site teams through coaching, training, and practical guidance to enhance performance and ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Feedback delivery — Provide straightforward, actionable feedback to site managers after each visit, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and required follow‑up actions.
- Shadow visits — Conduct shadow visits with advisors across Poland and Eastern Europe to support their development, reinforce consistency, and strengthen their skills.
- Report review — Evaluate submitted reports and offer feedback remotely to maintain audit quality and ensure alignment across all assessments.
- Cross‑functional collaboration — Partner closely with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to resolve client challenges and uphold strong service delivery.
- Weekly visit targets — Complete the required number of visits each week while sustaining high service standards for all clients.
- CRM and digital tools — Use CRM platforms and a tablet to plan visits, manage schedules, and finalize reports efficiently.
- Business growth support — Contribute to business growth by building strong client relationships and helping enhance their operational performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 2+ years of hospitality industry-related experience
- Willingness to complete operational visits within hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, the education sector, healthcare, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents
- Proficiency with MS Office package and CRM
- Fluency in English and Polish
- A valid driving license B cat.
