Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve product positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiated value propositions across developers, marketers, enterprise buyers, and partners.
- Lead customer, market, and competitive research initiatives to ensure messaging remains relevant, differentiated, and aligned with evolving market needs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for major product launches, coordinating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Growth, and Content teams.
- Build scalable launch frameworks, including messaging guides, FAQs, competitive positioning, product materials, and internal enablement resources.
- Create and manage sales enablement programs, including playbooks, battlecards, ROI resources, solution briefs, and objection-handling materials.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve onboarding, sales effectiveness, and alignment between market messaging and revenue motions.
- Develop analyst relations strategies and manage engagement with industry analysts and customer review platforms to strengthen market visibility.
- Improve website conversion performance by defining product messaging strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting experimentation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the Product Marketing team, establishing priorities, processes, and a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Use AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance productivity, decision-making, and the quality of marketing execution.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working in fast-growing B2B SaaS companies with strong understanding of SaaS business models and product-led growth motions.
- Demonstrated success leading go-to-market strategies, product launches, analyst engagement, and market positioning initiatives.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand APIs, software architecture, and complex product capabilities.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams, developers, product managers, or technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives, customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong understanding of customer research, competitive intelligence, messaging strategy, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, G2, analyst platforms, and product marketing solutions is preferred.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively while applying critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, coach talent, and establish scalable product marketing processes.
- Competitive U.S. base salary range of $184,200 - $250,000, with additional compensation opportunities depending on role structure.
