The role sits close to both users and product teams, acting as a critical bridge between real-world usage and roadmap evolution. Accountabilities

    • Own a defined product surface and become the internal expert on how it behaves across customer use cases and agent interactions.
    • Develop deep knowledge of the platform, including configuration, prompt engineering, deployment logic, and system behavior.
    • Diagnose product and agent behavior issues, identifying whether challenges stem from configuration, usage, or product limitations.
    • Analyze customer interactions and support signals to identify recurring patterns and translate them into product insights.
    • Act as a key feedback loop to Product Management, helping shape roadmap priorities based on real-world usage data.
    • Create and maintain enablement materials, including documentation, guides, and customer-facing knowledge resources.
    • Support webinars, demos, and sales enablement activities to improve product understanding and adoption.
    • Work directly with customer-facing queues as a way to observe product behavior and improve system performance insights.
    • Requirements

      • Strong product mindset with the ability to proactively identify problems and influence product direction beyond assigned tasks.
      • Experience working in customer-facing, product, support, or operations roles with exposure to SaaS or AI-driven products.
      • Curiosity and ability to understand how complex systems work under the hood, including AI agents and workflows.
      • Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
      • Comfortable working hands-on with AI tools and applying them to improve productivity and analysis.
      • Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple sources into structured insights and recommendations.
      • Bonus: experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, customer experience operations, or community management at scale.
      • Bonus: familiarity with APIs, prompt engineering, Shopify ecosystems, or user research methodologies.
      • Strong ownership mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
