Job Description
Enablement Insights & Data Storytelling Lead:
The Enablement Insights & Data Storytelling Lead is responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable insights that drive sales productivity, business growth, and client experience outcomes across products, channels, and segments. This leader serves as a strategic analytics partner to business, channel, product, and enabling teams, identifying growth opportunities, performance hotspots, emerging trends, and execution gaps that inform enterprise priorities and sales enablement strategies.
The role bridges data, strategy, and execution by creating compelling narratives, dashboards, and performance reporting that enable leaders to make informed decisions and take targeted actions. Partnering across products, specialized services, client facing channels and digital client experiences, this leader helps align enterprise efforts to drive revenue growth, improve client engagement, and optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Insights Enablement & Growth Strategy
- Analyze product, channel, client, and sales data to uncover trends and business opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights that support growth strategies, sales performance improvement, and client acquisition, deepening, and retention efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve alignment between product priorities, channel capabilities, and client needs through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Enable leaders across products and channels with actionable recommendations, performance monitoring, and decision-support tools that accelerate strategy execution.
- Partner with product leaders to assess sales performance, adoption trends, and client engagement outcomes and recommend optimization opportunities.
Data Storytelling & Executive Communications
- Translate complex data into concise, compelling business narratives tailored to executive and senior leadership audiences.
- Develop presentations, scorecards, business reviews, and executive-ready materials that drive understanding and action.
- Communicate business implications of analytical findings and recommend strategies to improve performance.
- Influence decision-making through data-backed insights and fact-based recommendations.
Dashboarding, Reporting & Data Visualization
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility into cross-channel performance.
- Establish standardized reporting and measurement frameworks across products and channels.
- Create visualizations that simplify complex information and partner with leaders to quickly identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and relevance to evolving business priorities.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate across business lines, channels, product organizations, and enabling functions including strategy, finance, marketing, operations, technology, and sales enablement.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders supporting Branch, Digital, Call Center, Specialized Sales, and Partnership channels.
- Drive alignment across stakeholder groups to ensure insights are translated into actionable business outcomes.
Leadership Expectations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across business and consumer segments.
- Influence decisions and outcomes through expertise, relationships, and data-driven insights.

Basic Qualifications
-Product Management experience
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
- Experience supporting large-scale consumer businesses, financial services organizations, or complex multi-channel environments.
- Proven success translating analytics into business actions that drive measurable results.
- Experience interacting with and presenting to senior leadership.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong data storytelling, visualization, and executive communication skills.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Expertise with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, consumer banking, client engagement, and channel management.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop clear recommendations.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Success Measures
- Increased sales productivity and growth across products, channels, and segments.
- Improved visibility into enterprise performance through adoption of dashboards and reporting solutions.

Location Expectations
This role follows U.S. Bank's hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work onsite at a designated U.S. Bank hub location a minimum of 60% of scheduled workdays each month, with flexibility to work remotely for the remaining scheduled workdays.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
