Supervise daily bar operations and shift coordination, ensuring efficient service and Hilton brand standards are consistently met.
Support restaurant operations as required, including floor service, section support, and food running during peak periods.
Manage beverage ordering, supplier communication, stock control, deliveries, and monthly stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Maintain and update cocktail menus, recipe cards, and beverage standards; develop new drinks and support seasonal promotions and events.
Conduct regular inspections of bar equipment, refrigeration, POS systems, and storage areas; coordinate maintenance and follow up on repairs and warranty matters.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, cleaning schedules, temperature records, and health & safety procedures.
Train, mentor, and brief team members on service standards, product knowledge, promotions, and operational procedures.
Report operational, stock, maintenance, staffing, and guest feedback matters directly to Restaurant and Food & Beverage Management.
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Team Leader, or senior bartending role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and double shifts when required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining Hilton service standards.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation at all times, in line with Hilton brand standards.
Sound knowledge of beverage operations, stock control, food safety, and HACCP procedures.
Full Australian working rights and a valid visa/work entitlement to work in Australia.
