RingSense AI is RingCentral’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles that RingCentral applies to their core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide data-driven and actionable insights for Sales Operations organization. You are expected to leverage data and effective communication to answer critical business questions and influence executive decisions that drive business results. Your role is also responsible for driving key initiatives that promote operational excellence and productivity of supported business units.

This role is perfect for you if you love working with data, building rapport with senior management, and have at least two (2) years of work experience supporting business operations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to identify, frame, and answer critical operational and growth-oriented questions.

  • Thought Leadership: Deliver compelling data narratives and feasible, high-impact recommendations to senior management.

  • Data-Driven Culture: Establish standard reporting cadences to instill a data-driven mindset across business units.

  • Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dives into pressing business challenges to uncover underlying trends and issues.

  • Predictive AI/ML: Leverage AI and machine learning tools to generate forward-looking insights, support proactive decision-making, and automate repetitive reporting workflows.

  • Architectural Alignment: Design analytical solutions tailored to specific business contexts, system constraints, and available datasets.

  • Data Pipeline Management: Query, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets across relational databases and distributed systems.

  • Dashboards & Reporting: Design and maintain intuitive management reports and dashboards to track daily performance

  • Compensation Support: Audit, validate, and troubleshoot commission data in alignment with Finance and Sales Compensation teams to guarantee accurate payouts.

To succeed in this role, you must have the following:

  • Data Analytics Experience: Minimum of 2 years of confirmed experience in data analytics.

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Proven ability to build usable, actionable reports using MS Excel and Tableau

  • CRM Knowledge: Proficiency with Salesforce CRM to manage or extract business and sales data.

  • AI Literacy: Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and concepts (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) and how to apply them effectively within a business or sales context.

  • Financial & Sales Operations: A solid understanding of sales commission structures and compensation plans.

  • Report Building: Designing and maintaining functional dashboards and reports in Excel and Tableau.

  • Commission Auditing: Reviewing, validating, and auditing complex sales commission calculations to ensure absolute accuracy.

  • Process Optimization: Utilizing Salesforce and modern AI tools to streamline analytical workflows and enhance sales context insights.

  • Business Savvy: Strong overall business acumen to align data insights with company goals.

  • English Proficiency: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, necessary for presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • College Graduate. Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Financial Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or equivalent). 

  • Night Shift schedule. Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Hybrid Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)

Nice to Have:

  • Sales Compensation Expertise: Prior experience designing, analyzing, or working with commission data and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) enterprise platforms (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions).

  • Data & Analytics Toolkit: Proficiency in data engineering techniques for cleaning and processing data. Hands-on experience with SQL, Hadoop, and Tableau for data extraction and visualization.

  • CRM Familiarity: Direct experience using Salesforce.

  • Industry & Professional Background: Past exposure to the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry, sales operations frameworks, or a background in professional consulting.
