What are we looking for
The Client Administration Team was established to solve for non-standard fee schedules, non-compliance with the storage of Contracts and Fee Schedules in the Enterprise Contract Management Solution (ECMS) repository, and accuracy in the billing intake process. As subject matter experts on the process of facilitating the fee schedules from initial draft into ECMS thus reducing the need for future remediation efforts. This will be further enhanced with the design and build out of an automated end-to end Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) function focused on a seamless and transparent client set up process for our clients.
We are seeking a detailed oriented person who has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment and possess problem solving and resolution skills to join our Client Administration team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting fee schedules and ensuring non standards and notable provisions within the associated underlying agreement follow the proper governance structure. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytics and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and build relationships with our client coverage teams.
What you will be responsible for
Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documentation in accordance with established standards, policies, and client requirements.
Analyze non-standard contractual terms and fee arrangements, coordinate the Product exception process, and obtain all required approvals prior to execution.
Ensure all contracts comply with governance requirements, approved standards, risk controls, and documentation policies. Ensure new and amended contracts flow from the automated workflow tool into ECMS within 30 days of execution.
Partner closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, Client Service, Product, Billing, Legal, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve contractual issues, and secure necessary approvals.
Manage the end-to-end contract drafting lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and execution support, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Maintain a strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, and fee methodologies to support accurate contract drafting and review.
Drive consistency, standardization, and quality across contractual documentation through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance contract drafting efficiency, governance, and operational effectiveness.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant financial services or consulting experience.
LLB degree preferable.
Contract drafting or fee schedule experience
