MISSION

Based in our Tokyo office and under the responsibility of Service Delivery Manager, we are looking for our new L3 Test Analyst.

 

ACTIVITIES

  • Remote (Phone and Email), Onsite and Offsite support to customers regarding their certification and testing activities
  • Give technical advice to the customers to complete their certification in the best timeframe
  • Responsible for ensuring the preparation of onsite services
  • Support new activity introduction to customers in relation with other departments
  • Analyse new technology for supporting potential new services introduction
  • Identify new business opportunities for FIME and report internally
  • Collect and distribute customer's feedback internally
  • Training to customers

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in quality assurance testing/technical support or in customer support related roles in the technology field
  • Working experience in the IT/technology domain, preferably in the banking or payment domain.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • 2+ years of work experience in QA or Payment field.
  • Degree in Engineering / IT or Mathematics.
  • Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus, but we're equally excited to meet candidates eager to learn and passionate about diving into this dynamic field
  • Bilingual fluent spoken and written in English and Japanese.
  • Proven ability to work in international/multi-cultural environments
  • Customer focused with very good communication skills
  • Proactive, autonomous and rigorous while working within a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and team members at both technical and commercial level

 

Contract: Permanent, full time
