We're looking for an Annual Service Agreements (ASA) Renewal Agent to connect with existing customers, assist with service agreement renewals, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.
What You'll Do
As an ASA Renewal Agent, you'll play a key role in retaining customers by ensuring their annual service agreements remain active. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting existing customers to remind them to renew their annual service agreements
- Following up with customers who have outstanding balances
- Processing credit card and check payments over the phone
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, payments, and account updates
- Explaining service agreement coverage and plan limitations
- Creating service support tickets when needed
- Resolving payment issues and following up on outstanding accounts
- Meeting sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of customer service, collections, sales, or call center experience preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling customer objections and difficult conversations professionally
- Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and basic computer applications
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to calculate discounts and process payments accurately
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based and involves extended periods of sitting, speaking, listening, and computer work. Occasional standing and lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required.
