The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is the operational engine of the Marketing team, running the CMLR review process, governing marketing assets in the Customer & Strategy SharePoint. This, highly collaborative role partners across Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Market Access, Advocacy, Patient Services, and external agencies to keep marketing execution timely, compliant, and audit ready. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing.

Salary Range: $168,000 - $218,000
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, relevant years of experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from where they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

Key result areas (major duties, accountabilities and responsibilities)
- Coordinate the CMLR review process end to end, from submission preparation and quality control through approval, expiry, re-approval, and archiving in Veeva PromoMats
- Support submission of promotional materials to FDA/APLB in partnership with Regulatory Affairs
- Own the structure, governance, and upkeep of the Customer & Strategy SharePoint, including naming conventions, version control, and access rights
- Partner with the Senior Director, Marketing on the development of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
- Maintain the integrated marketing calendar and tactical plan tracker, keeping timelines, owners, and dependencies visible across the department
- Coordinate vendor and agency onboarding, CDAs, statements of work, and change orders with Legal, Procurement, and Compliance
- Manage print production, inventory, and fulfillment of promotional and educational materials for field and treatment center use
- Support logistics for congresses, advisory boards, speaker programs, and commercial team meetings
- Run the operating cadence of the marketing team, including agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, and follow-up
- Identify and lead process improvements that increase efficiency without compromising compliance
- Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing or science required
- 6+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech experience with a minimum of 3+ years in marketing operations or commercial operations
- Hands-on experience managing CMLR review workflows in Veeva PromoMats is required; launch experience in rare disease preferred
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365, and of asset organization and version control practices
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, sufficient to manage many parallel workstreams in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Highly collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships quickly, communicates clearly, and makes the people around them more effective
- Curious and growth-oriented, actively seeks feedback, learns quickly, and looks to take on greater responsibility over time
