Ready for immediate deployment to any site, they navigate new client spaces and execute any tasklist successfully without a prior walkthrough.This is a high-energy role for people who thrive with independence and derive genuine satisfaction from an organized, elevated space. The F&B Associate II is typically trained across 15+ locations, is on call for coverage needs, and independently travels to assigned locations each day. This role also takes on increased "Day-of Leadership" and implementation oversight responsibilities — including QC checks and peer support when assigned.Crafty is looking for a F&B Associate II whose responsibilities will include:Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning clients' office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as neededCustomer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality serviceMaintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperworkThis role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty.
