Business Development Representative (BDR)
Role responsibilities
The Business Development Representative will prospect and generate qualified pipeline across various verticals through outbound outreach and manage inbound interest. They will also standardize the BDR-to-AE handoff process and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience, ideally in a business development representative role at a startup, with strong communication and organizational skills. A customer-centric mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment are also important.
