Role responsibilities

As a Senior Operations Supervisor, you will establish work schedules, assign jobs, and train staff while focusing on building a positive work culture. You will also maintain effective relationships with customers and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and managerial/supervisory experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
