Accountabilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects while owning sales activities from initial outreach through contract execution and closing.
- Identify new opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and relationship-building within assigned territories.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to communicate value propositions and business impact.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders while understanding their operational challenges and goals.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, revenue objectives, and booking goals.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including prospect qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract completion.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records, customer interactions, and engagement activities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales development, marketing, customer success, implementation, and partner teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Provide market feedback and insights to identify new opportunities, improve sales strategies, and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to effectively position solutions.
- Support successful customer onboarding by ensuring expectations established during the sales process are aligned with delivery teams.
- 3–5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or solution-based selling environments.
- Proven track record in new business development, pipeline generation, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Experience with consultative selling and managing multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities and manage a large prospect portfolio.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience selling into community-focused organizations or similar sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, and presentation software.
- Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $60,000–$80,000 USD plus variable compensation, for a total estimated OTE of $131,500–$160,000 USD.
