Job Description
The selected candidate will plan, direct, coordinate, oversee, and communicate all Advanced Communication Solutions Team (ACST) technical, programmatic, and financial efforts. Direct movement, test, delivery, and tracking of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and prepare project reports for government customers and sponsors. Provide briefiing materials and be able to present project level tasking for task order / contract requirements. Review equipment receipt, test data, and delivery documentation and prepare post-delivery and asset assignment matrices for monthly submission to the Program Sponsor. This position will formuate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources across the ACST and serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government Project Leads and other program authorities on ACST technical and project issues. Oversee execution of Contract requirements and monitor progress of all task orders and task direction letters.

This is a supervisory position.

This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in St. Mary's County, near to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, Computer Science or IT discipline and at least 3 years of related experience
(Qualifying substitution for a Bachelor's degree is either an Associate degree and 4 additional years of work experience or a High school Diploma and 6 additional years of work experience)

At least three years of experience in the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling multiple projects in the design, systems engineering, or field service of military C4I systems
Three years of management or supervisory experience



Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
At least 6 years of US Navy or US Coast Guard experience
Technical knowledge of shipboard radio communication systems including UHF/VHF/HF, LOS and MUOS

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
