ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At Oliver Wyman, no two transformative engagements are the same. As a Principal Leadership & Change Specialist, you will partner with multi-disciplinary delivery teams and senior clients across industries to deliver transformative leadership strategies and organizational solutions that drive breakthrough
impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping to shape leadership capabilities, culture, and change management initiatives that enable sustainable business performance.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Oliver Wyman partners, client executives, and cross-functional teams including strategy, operations, technology, and human capital experts. You will lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, executive coaching, and organizational transformation initiatives that align leadership behaviors with strategic business goals.

You will be a hands-on leader and mentor, guiding client leaders and internal teams through complex challenges related to leadership effectiveness, talent development, and organizational change. Your expertise will help clients navigate uncertainty, build resilient leadership pipelines, and foster inclusive,
high-performing cultures.

You will work flexibly across client sites and Oliver Wyman offices, with occasional travel to engage directly with clients and teams.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors:

. Banking and Financial Services
. Healthcare Payors and Providers
. Insurance and/or Asset Management
. Transportation and/or Industrial Services

We believe in servant leadership — your primary goal is to unlock the potential of client leaders and internal teams, not to do it all yourself.

What you’ll get to do:

• Provide strategic leadership advisory and executive coaching to senior leaders and leadership teams, both internally and externally
• Design and implement leadership development programs that drive measurable business outcomes
• Lead change management efforts to help clients embrace new leadership models and ways of working

• Foster inclusive leadership practices that enhance team collaboration and innovation
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, partners, and internal experts to co-create
impactful solutions
• Travel 50%+ to client locations and Oliver Wyman offices where and as needed

What you’ll bring: We are looking for senior leadership advisors with 10+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at working in complex and challenging environments.

Additionally, you should posses:
• Proven experience advising senior executives and leadership teams on strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a track record of developing leaders at all levels
• Deep understanding of change management principles and practices
• Ability to design and deliver leadership programs tailored to client needs and business context
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust, collaboration, and open dialogue
• Familiarity with science- and data-driven approaches to leadership assessment and development
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion as a driver of leadership excellence

We’re also hoping you’ll have experience or knowledge in some of the following areas:
• Guiding leadership initiatives in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
• Integrating leadership development with digital transformation and agile ways of working
• Using technology platforms for leadership assessment, learning, and collaboration
• Applying behavioral science and adult learning principles to leadership development
• Working with global and culturally diverse leadership teams
What we offer you:
• An opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping leadership strategies and organizational transformations that drive lasting impact across diverse industries and business domains.
• The chance to partner with senior executives and leadership teams at some of the world’s most influential organizations, helping them to navigate complex challenges and unlock their full potential.
• A collaborative and inclusive environment where your expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, and change management will be highly valued and amplified.
• A structured career development program offering both leadership and advisory growth paths, supported by tailored learning opportunities and mentorship.
• A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, complemented by a flexible learning and development budget to support your continuous professional growth, including attendance at conferences and certifications.
