About this Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven TA Representative to assist our team. This individual will be an essential partner to our Talent Advisors and an important touchpoint for our candidates. Leverage your experience to support our recruiting operations by ensuring efficient interview coordination, high-quality job requisitions, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the TA Operations team to ensure candidate interviews and job requisitions are processed with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely, professional, and personable communication throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule candidate interviews, including travel, across various time zones and using multiple platforms to ensure a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Review and edit job requisitions to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency with internal standards.
- Provide administrative support and prepare candidates during the pre-onboarding process. This includes organization of candidate offer paperwork.
- Remain responsive to team requirements, even when juggling multiple priorities, and display excellent customer service and collaborative skills.
- Follow established processes and maintain compliance with internal guidelines and best practices.
- May assist with relocation initiations, relocation invoice processing, and I‑9 administration for Talent Acquisition.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 or more years of related work experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor’s or Master’s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, effective time management, and independent judgment.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support others in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, such as Infinite BrassRing, is preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Familiarity with an automated interview scheduling tool is a plus.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
