Founding Senior Software Engineer (USA + LATAM)

Role responsibilities

You will architect and build core systems, driving key decisions across the stack and owning feature development end-to-end. Additionally, you will integrate AI into real-world workflows and design systems that scale as the company grows.

Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience building and scaling production systems, with strong backend fundamentals and a desire to expand their expertise. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD is also required, along with excellent communication skills.
