Lead Software Engineer- Pega/AI/CDH (Remote)

Role responsibilities

The Lead Software Engineer will design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using the Pega Platform while serving as the technical lead for complex implementations. They will also mentor development teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure scalable and innovative solutions.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include Pega Lead System Architect certification and extensive hands-on experience with the Pega Platform and AI technologies.
