Role Responsibilities:-
Lead daily operations of the Collateral Processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing of collateral tasks throughout the life of loan.
Maintain operational procedures, service standards, and quality controls for collateral processing activities.
Support management reporting, control testing, and audits by ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Review reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to workflow improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Lead, coach, and develop team members; set goals, monitor productivity, and support performance management.
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning.

Job Description:-
This position leads and manages the Collateral Processing team, providing clear direction, oversight, and accountability for daily operations including lien perfection, maintenance, and release functions for a wide variety of collateral types.
The Collateral Processing Manager is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing team through the establishment of expectations, goal setting, and talent development supported by regular coaching, feedback, and recognition.
This role oversees multiple processes supporting collateral for commercial loans and ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls.
The Collateral Processing Manager drives workflow optimization, monitors performance, and resolves escalated issues.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational leadership, collateral expertise, and process improvement capabilities to drive efficiency and consistency.
Basic Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree
3+yrs of leadership experience and 8 years of overall experience
