Accountabilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive HR and organizational assessments to evaluate structures, processes, workforce models, service delivery approaches, policies, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
    • Lead organizational development initiatives focused on improving HR effectiveness, organizational design, governance, workforce planning, and operational performance.
    • Design and execute assessment activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, workshops, document reviews, and data analysis to gather insights from stakeholders.
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks, challenges, root causes, and opportunities for organizational transformation.
    • Develop high-quality consulting deliverables, including assessment reports, findings summaries, recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and leadership presentations.
    • Evaluate HR maturity and recommend operating models, service delivery improvements, role clarification strategies, and approaches that enable HR teams to provide greater strategic value.
    • Partner with clients to develop practical HR, workforce, organizational design, and change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Facilitate client discussions, leadership briefings, validation sessions, and working meetings to drive alignment and support decision-making.
    • Build trusted relationships with clients by managing expectations, maintaining confidentiality, communicating progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.
    • Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and deliverable status while maintaining strong execution across multiple engagements.
    • Contribute to business development activities by supporting proposals, engagement planning, client discussions, and sharing HR and organizational development expertise.
    • Support thought leadership initiatives through content creation, presentations, industry participation, and knowledge sharing.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum of seven years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, organizational assessment, workforce analysis, service delivery assessment, or related management consulting roles.
      • Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related discipline preferred.
      • Strong expertise in several areas such as strategic HR assessment, HR transformation, operating model design, workforce planning, organizational design, staffing analysis, process improvement, employee experience, culture assessment, change management, or strategic planning.
      • Proven ability to design and execute assessment methodologies, analyze complex information, develop recommendations, and create actionable implementation plans.
      • Strong consulting, facilitation, interviewing, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings, risks, and recommendations in a clear and impactful way.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality results in a consulting environment.
      • Strong relationship-building skills with experience working directly with clients, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project.
      • Willingness to travel approximately 50% to client locations across the United States.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range of approximately $110,000 - $130,000, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, education, seniority, travel requirements, and other business factors.
