Key accountability:
- Directly liaise with customers and business users to analyze requirements for solutions and technology in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing ICT support, such as IT network and system, for the operations team to align with strategic objectives for digital transformation and ensure seamless technology integration
- Share ICT trends and industry best practices with other professionals and customers to promote continuous improvement
- Lead the planning and execution of Connected Service projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements
- Investigate and analyze on building trend data, identify issues, and work to provide solutions for our customers’ challenges using Connected Services, such as Forge, BPS, and other relevant technologies.
- Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers by focusing on performance enhancement and customer engagement through Connected Services.
- Adapt to flexible task scheduling and conduct daily reviews of customer sites to ensure effective service delivery and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience in IT systems and networking, including support and troubleshooting with a Microsoft server environment, TCP/IP networking, hands-on switch and firewall configuration, and cloud applications connections
- Understanding of cybersecurity risks and their mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of IT service management methodologies (such as ITIL) and relevant processes
- Basic understanding of Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, cloud technology, and mobile applications
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferred
- Ability to support project scope of work and conduct capacity planning
- Effective communication skills and the ability to understand and convey information clearly
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business or Information Technology, or Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, recommended in network infrastructure, system and network administration or IT security management
