Group, they will tell you that one of the greatest perks is being able to see how the work you do puts a smile on the face of kids, teachers and learners all around the world. ResponsibilitiesThe Corporate Project Manager will be responsible for, among other things:Facilitating and supporting key internal processes, and assisting the Kahoot! leadership team with preparation, research, planning, coordination, and the practical implementation of projectsProviding general support to the CEO and leadership teamIdentifying, building, and piloting AI-powered workflows and automations across the team, while exercising sound judgment on accuracy and the handling of confidential and deal-sensitive informationPreparing and facilitating company-wide and business review meetings, and driving follow-up activitiesSupporting strategic management processes and projects involving external partnersParticipating in transaction processes, including market research and screening, due diligence, documentation, and closingCoordinating the integration of acquired companies into the Kahoot! GroupPlan and execute Kahoot! Gathering and other major Kahoot! Group eventsSupporting internal and external communications, including preparing presentationsRequirements3–5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting, project/program management, strategy, corporate finance, or corporate development,  preferably within a technology companyUniversity degree (bachelor's minimum, or equivalent), with a strong academic and professional track recordConfident and fluent with AI tools in your daily work, using them to raise both the speed and quality of your outputComfortable working with AI tools, willing to try new ones, and thoughtful about where they do and don't add valueStructured and systematic, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect across all levels of the organizationAble to work both...
