Accountabilities
- Lead functional workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP logistics and supply chain initiatives.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Logistics Execution (LE) solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) and Transportation Management processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
- Support cutover planning, deployment activities, and production go-live to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Provide post-production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend SAP best practices to improve logistics operations.
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP logistics projects while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or SAP Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP Logistics Execution (LE), which is required for this role.
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) and Transportation Management solutions.
- Proven experience leading functional design, system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post-production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver practical business solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across business and technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively within complex, multinational project environments.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support collaboration with teams and clients across the United States and Canada.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote consulting environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP supply chain and logistics transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
- Fully remote contract opportunity within the United States.
