M＆A アプリケーション･リード（アソシエイト・マネージャー）- コーポレート職
M&A後の組織統合（PMI：Post Merger Integration）プロジェクトにおいて、情報セキュリティ・IT（ISIT：Information Security & Information Technology）領域のアプリケーション統合を担当します。買収先組織で利用中のアプリケーションを調査・評価し、アクセンチュアのIT環境およびセキュリティポリシーに沿った統合・移行方針を策定します。また、関係部署や海外チームと連携しながら、アプリケーション移行を推進します。買収先組織の所在地に応じて、出社や出張が発生する場合があります。
◆具体的な業務内容
・被買収会社が利用するアプリケーションの情報収集および利用状況の分析
・アクセンチュアのIT環境および各種ポリシーに基づく統合戦略の策定
・セキュリティアセスメントチームや各システム担当チームと連携し、セキュリティ要件への対応およびシステム移行を支援（英語使用）
・各種状況をチーム内に報告（英語使用）
