JOB TITLE:        Business Solutions Lead Architect

 

LOCATION:        Richardson, TX

 

DUTIES:  

• Function as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal, leading its implementation and enhancement to position the company for future growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
• Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
• Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
• Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
• Communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate applicable standards into processes.
• Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
• Ensure solutions align with the organization’s long-term IT strategy.
• Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
• Participate in system and integration testing to verify functionality and compliance with business requirements.

What We Are Looking For

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Solutions Architect, Business Consultant, or in a related/similar position.
• Experience therein to include:
  • 8 years in the following: SAP Hybris; Java; Spring; Oracle; SQL; Azure DevOps; Visio; and Version Control;
  • 6 years in the following: requirements gathering; solution design; and
  • 4 years in the following: Agile Methodology.

 

RATE OF PAY:  $145,000 per year
