At Fooda, we believe a workplace food program should be something employees love and look forward to every day.Who We Are Looking For:As an Onsite Client Success Partner, you will be a member of a growing team which manages and supports our client’s daily needs in Columbus, OH. This role requires a sense of urgency to react and foresee potential issues that impact our client and you will fully own the client relationship and oversee the full-service food program.  At its core this is a sales and operations role with a focus on expanding our relationships with the catering customer you will supporting. This role requires onsite work Monday- Friday. Who You Are:You love building relationships with customers and genuinely enjoy customer service You will go above and beyond to make sure your customer’s needs are metYou are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other peopleYou are empathetic to your core yet comfortable being tough and taking a standYou are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced startupYou have a take-charge attitude and are optimistic in the face of problems, and know that you're capable of finding solutions You enjoy working in a team environment with an "all hands-on deck" approachYou are very organized and detail orientedCorporate Dining or Food Program Manager or Restaurant Management experience is a plus!What You Will Be Doing:Acting as the single point of contact for a Fooda clientMaintain the relationship with the catering client  by offering solutions, solving problems, and managing issuesWork closely with our client to determine catering needs; source appropriate vendor, plan, organize and execute daily drop-off and staffed eventsCommunicate all event details, client requests, and delivery information to restaurant partnersOversee onsite restaurant teams dedicated to the site and escort visiting restaurants and ensure service level agreements are being met dailyNegotiate new menus with restaurant partners for special requests Managing and optimizing the success of the fully permitted food service operation for both breakfast and lunchAvailable to work ONSITE daily, Monday-Friday, between 5:30am-2:00pm, 40 hours/week in Columbus, OHWhat You Should Already Have:5-10 year(s) of professional experience Strong customer facing skillsBachelor’s Degree preferredAbility to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independentlyProven skills demonstrating a strong work ethic adhering to both Fooda’s internal employee and external customers needWhat We’ll Hook You Up With:Competitive market salary and stock options, based on experienceComprehensive health, dental and vision plansFlexible spending accounts401k matching Daily subsidized lunch program (ours!) A fulfilling, challenging adventure of a work experienceMust be...
