Job Description
You will develop and expand business opportunities within heavy industry segments.
You will be reporting to Sales Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will develop and expand business opportunities within heavy industry segments (e.g., power, petrochemical, and cement)
- You will identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with plant owners and main decision-makers
- You will grow project-based sales from early specification stage to order closure
- You will collaborate with internal technical and support teams to provide complete automation solutions
- You will implement account plans and achieve assigned sales targets
- You will monitor market trends and competitor activities
- You will provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Proven track record in project sales and new account development
- Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
• Experience in heavy industries such as Formosa Group, Power,Oil & Gas, or Large Manufacturing
Familiarity with automation systems, control systems, or industrial digitalization
Established network with end users or EPC contractors
