Conscia is looking for a Finance Business Partner Manager to join our Group Finance team.
The purpose of the role is to act as a strategic finance partner to the COO, supporting and developing all standardized managed services across the Conscia group.
The role reports to Group CFO and works closely with the COO, country CFOs and business unit leaders to ensure that managed services and consulting delivery are financially aligned with the strategic priorities of the company.
The role also supports the standardization of the consulting business across the group, ensuring alignment of financial models, performance frameworks, and utilization metrics, while operational ownership remains within country organizations.
The Finance Business Partner manager plays a central role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, scalability and “One Conscia” through standardized financial processes, insights and decision support.

About the role
The Finance Business Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring transparency, scalability and profitability of the managed services model across our business units. This includes financial ownership of performance, pricing logic, cost structures, and value creation levers within the managed services domain.The role also supports the standardization of the consulting business across the group, ensuring alignment of financial models, performance frameworks, and utilization metrics, while operational ownership remains within country organizations.

Main objectives in role:
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the COO and drive business performance
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Support decision-making through detailed financial analysis and modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
