Partner with Inventory Operations to ensure materials received and stored can be effectively staged, kitted, and converted into buildable outputs.
Coordinate and partner with warehouse teams to align staging priorities, kitting requirements, and outbound readiness.
Define and manage warehouse release strategies to sites, ensuring deliveries are properly sequenced and aligned with installation milestones.
Collaborate with Transportation teams to align shipment timing, mode selection, and routing with warehouse release plans.
Identify supply chain risks and constraints including material shortages, incomplete mixes, inventory imbalances across warehouses, and misalignment with site schedules, and drive resolution or escalate as needed.
Provide structured reporting on site readiness, buildable material availability, and warehouse output performance to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement of distribution planning processes to ensure scalable, reliable execution across warehouse networks and project sites.
