Accountabilities:
- Manage supply chain security and investigative data collection, maintenance, analysis, and reporting to support brand protection initiatives.
- Develop datasets, dashboards, and analytical presentations to identify trends, threats, and potential risks across the supply chain.
- Support anti-counterfeiting projects, including sample analysis processes, counterfeit tracking databases, and risk assessment activities.
- Monitor pharmaceutical supply chain activities to identify and help prevent counterfeiting, diversion, tampering, and theft.
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, quality, legal, compliance, IT, commercial operations, and supply chain to implement mitigation strategies.
- Assist with online risk monitoring, intellectual property enforcement activities, and brand protection technology assessments.
- Develop and maintain business partner tracking systems, including audit outcomes, compliance information, security requirements, and investigation records.
- Support supplier due diligence processes, audit documentation, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor onboarding activities, purchase order processes, and budget tracking for brand protection operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 4+ years of relevant experience in areas such as data analysis, supply chain, legal, criminal justice, quality assurance, investigations, or scientific fields; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience with data analysis, case management systems, database tools, and analytical reporting is required.
- Knowledge of laboratory science or scientific coursework is preferred.
- Familiarity with intellectual property concepts, trademarks, copyrights, anti-counterfeiting measures, and brand protection practices is highly desirable.
- Understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels is beneficial.
- Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical counterfeiting, diversion, tampering, or product security is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology platforms, with data visualization or analytics certifications considered an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear reports and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with corporate security teams and cross-functional global partners.

- Competitive annual salary range of $98,200 – $133,200, depending on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
