Auxiliar de Almoxarifado - Osasco (SP) - Vaga exclusiva para Pessoas com Deficiências (PCD)

Handles, facilitates and / or coordinates material shipping, receiving and processing according to company policies and procedures. Ensures the orderly stocking and efficient flow of both inbound and outbound materials / products. Maintains and updates the purchase order system as shipments are received, cancelled or back ordered Ensures documentation is up-to-date and reflective of material orders, deliveries, storage and distribution.

Gains familiarity with Shipping & Receiving concepts, practices and methodologies.

With guidance, learns to perform Shipping & Receiving duties, including: Receiving incoming deliveries, Verifying purchase orders against the database, Delivering incoming shipments, Collecting outgoing shipments, Shipping materials, Verifying identifying information on bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders and other records.

Learns and complies with Shipping & Receiving practices and policies.

Assists with special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Shipping and Receiving.

Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
