The Videographer / Photographer is responsible for capturing and creating compelling visual content that brings the brand to life across multiple channels. This role combines expertise in photography, video production, and creative storytelling to produce high-quality assets that engage audiences and support marketing, brand, and communications efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role ensures visual consistency, strong storytelling, and efficient content delivery at scale.

What you'll do here:

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photography content for brand, marketing, and internal communications
  • Edit video footage, including sequencing, color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics
  • Capture and edit professional photography for digital, social media, web, events, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals
  • Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards
  • Manage end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, on-site shooting, and post-production editing
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring proper file management and accessibility
  • Adapt and deliver assets in multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios for different platforms
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining project timelines
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and photography
  • Support live or recorded event coverage as needed

Skills you will need here:

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production and/or photography
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, camera equipment, and post-production techniques
  • Demonstrated portfolio of video and photography work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$58,300.00 - $75,750.00 USD
