Program Coordination & Execution SupportSupport execution of cross-functional programs and roadmap activitiesTrack milestones, dependencies, and risks across programsDrive follow-ups to ensure alignment and on-time deliveryContribute to structured program cadences and reporting 2. Planning Process SupportAssist in building and maintaining planning timelines, inputs, and outputs for roadmap cyclesHelp coordinate cross-team inputs (engineering, finance, supply chain, etc.)Prepare materials for prioritization and review checkpoints 3. Data & Reporting ManagementMaintain and update program tracking systems and dashboardsContribute to improving data completeness and quality across programsGenerate insights and summaries to support decision-makingHelp establish and reinforce source-of-truth practices 4. Execution Discipline & GovernanceSupport adherence to defined processes, standards, and review cadencesAssist with documenting decisions, tracking actions, and maintaining audit readinessHelp ensure clarity on program status, risks, and tradeoffs 5. Tools & Process ImprovementContribute to adoption of standard tools, templates, and systems across PMOSupport rollout of automation and AI-enabled workflows where applicableIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort 6. Cross-Team CollaborationPartner with stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, and partner teamsCommunicate program updates and risks clearly to different audiencesBuild working relationships and credibility through consistent executionQualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Preferred Qualification:Experience supporting cross-functional programs or projects.Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.Experience in technology, hardware, or devices environments.Familiarity with program tracking tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.Exposure to process improvement or operational.
