We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to partner with business leaders across VOIS Hungary, driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness, talent initiatives and a positive employee experience. This role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with ownership of Employee Relations activities, providing expert guidance on employment law, workplace investigations, organisational change and workforce planning. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape talent and succession strategies, support transformation programmes, and ensure compliance with Hungarian labour legislation while enabling sustainable business growth.What you’ll do
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice and support delivery of people and business objectives.Develop and implement people plans covering employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, performance management and organisational effectiveness.Lead HR initiatives and projects, working with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver business priorities.Support senior hiring, talent reviews, succession planning and development activities to build and retain high-performing teams.Manage annual reward and salary review processes and provide workforce insights to inform decision-making.Advise leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and organisational efficiency initiatives.Analyse workforce trends and people data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.Act as the primary HR advisor for Employee Relations matters across VOIS Hungary, providing guidance on disciplinary cases, grievances, performance concerns and workplace investigations.Manage complex Employee Relations cases in partnership with Legal, HR Services and business stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Hungarian employment legislation and company policies.Support organisational change programmes including restructures, consultations, redeployment activities and workforce transitions.Build effective relationships with employee representatives and Works Council partners while proactively managing employee relations risks.Coach and develop managers on Employee Relations, people management and local employment law requirements, collaborating with global HR teams to ensure consistent people practices.Who you are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum five years' experience in Human Resources within a large or complex organisation.Strong knowledge of Hungarian employment law and Employee...
