Technicians in our Data Center Operations team perform hands-on hardware maintenance, including server installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of failed components like hard drives, memory modules, and network cards.

*Please note that this role involves working on a shift rotation that includes working early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Our sites are often in areas without public transportation links and would require access to your own transportation to the work location.

Key job responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network infrastructure issues with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventative solutions
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and contribute to a proactive safety culture
- Perform physical repairs and equipment maintenance across data center environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive technical solutions

Basic qualifications

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of server hardware and components
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair

Preferred qualifications

- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
