Our work touches billions while exemplifying a key principle that is core to Google’s philosophy: “Focus on the user and all else will follow.” **Responsibilities** + Drive impactful user experiences that align with the Ads business strategy. + Partner closely with engineering leads, program managers, and product technology managers to identify and prioritize opportunities for visual and interaction design improvements across multiple product features. + Advocate user needs by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to own design solutions and coordinate user research. + Recommend product and workflow enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives, advocate for UX best practices, and contribute to building a scalable design process and engagement models for internal and external partners.
