Vice President – Product Management As Vice President of Product Management, you will own Bitcentral's product vision, strategy, and roadmap at a company-defining moment for broadcast and media technology. You will lead the evolution of Bitcentral from a trusted, established media software provider into a more modern, scalable, customer-led product company built for the next generation of broadcast and digital media workflows. You bring a unique blend of product leadership, customer fluency, commercial judgment, and technical understanding. You will translate customer needs, market dynamics, and long-term competitive positioning into a prioritized product roadmap that balances innovation, platform stability, and the dependability standards broadcast customers require. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as the executive owner of product direction, customer discovery, roadmap priorities, and long-term product strategy. You will partner closely with engineering, sales, finance, customer-facing teams, and strategic customers to define what comes next while protecting the reliability and trust that made Bitcentral successful. This position may be based in Southern California near Bitcentral offices or remote within the United States, with travel as required for customer, company, and industry engagement. Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect customer needs, market dynamics, and Bitcentral's long-term competitive position in broadcast and media software. Lead Bitcentral's transition from on-premise infrastructure toward hybrid cloud architectures while maintaining the reliability standards required for mission-critical broadcast workflows. Champion AI-first product thinking, identifying where automation, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows can create durable differentiation for customers.
