CNA - Olympia, WA - NIGHTS/EVENINGS
The Certified Nurse Assistant provides nursing care, respiratory care, splinting, and patient support services in a hospital unit under the direction of the Clinical Manager.
At Providence Swedish, night shift caregivers play a vital role—offering comfort, reassurance, and attentive care when patients need it most. As a CNA or Nursing Assistant, you’ll partner closely with nurses in our co-caring model, supporting a smaller group of patients to deliver thoughtful, individualized care. The quieter pace of nights creates space for deeper focus and meaningful patient connections—while allowing you to make a powerful impact behind the scenes. If you value independence, teamwork, and a schedule that supports flexibility in your personal life, night shift could be the perfect fit.
