Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for factory layout planning and adjustment, preparation of process-related documentation, and improvement of product manufacturability;
- Plan product process routes and design tooling and fixtures;
- Optimize production processes, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor intensity;
- Drive process technology improvements and develop new manufacturing processes;
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related majors (educational requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates);
- Proficient in English reading and writing;
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in equipment manufacturing, automotive final assembly, or related industries;
- At least 1 year of experience in new product introduction (NPI) and validation;
- Familiar with basic engineering analysis methods and knowledgeable about quality management systems;
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
