What you’ll be doing

In this role you will be responsible for managing inbound leads from restaurants and retail businesses, with the goal of converting potential partners into active merchants on the Wolt platform. 

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Handle inbound calls and requests received from potential partners interested in collaborating with Wolt.
  • Enter and update lead information in Pipedrive, ensuring data accuracy and correct pipeline status.
  • Contact leads by phone, email, or other agreed channels to understand their business profile and interest in joining the platform.
  • Explain Wolt’s commercial terms, including the main conditions, steps, and responsibilities of the merchant.
  • Request and collect the required documents for the onboarding process.
  • Guide potential partners through the KYC/KYB process by clarifying requirements and ensuring that information is completed correctly.
  • Validate the data received from leads and ensure that commercial, legal, and operational information is complete and accurate.

Our humble expectations 

  • Previous experience in sales, inside sales, customer support, onboarding, business development, or partner relations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing data and documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize leads effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel (Pivot table); 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varying lead volumes.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and process completion.
  • Fluent in local language and English is a must;
