As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate production activities within the integrated supply chain to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. You will oversee daily production schedules, manage team performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and delivery targets.

You will report directly to our Site Leadership, and you’ll work out of our Arvada, CO location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and productivity of the production process, contributing directly to the supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand and support business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet schedule and quality standards.
  • Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards in production activities.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, focusing on 5S and flow

You Must Have:

  • 7+ years experience in an engineer to order environment
  • 3+ years of experience in supervising production operations within an integrated supply chain environment
  • 3+ years of experience in using ERP systems and production management software to monitor and optimize workflows, preferably experience with JDE
  • 3+ years of experience working in a ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility is required
  • Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Ability to lead teams, drive continuous improvement, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

 

We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with safety compliance and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience with inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes is preferred.
