What you will do:
1、Provide technical support during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
2、 Assist commercial team in identifying customer opportunities, needs, determine technical feasibility of custom technical requests and process optimization opportunities.
3、Provide troubleshooting on issues that arise related to end-user's technical skills, experiment design and development/optimization process.
4、 Explore and execute Cell Therapy process development project in Cell Therapy Fast Trak China.
5、Develop and validate new cell therapy applications aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business strategies.
6、Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
7、Partner with global and regional teams to share best practices.
8、Support strategic "In China for China" open innovations.
9、Represent Cytiva at customer meetings, workshops, scientific conferences, and technical seminars.
Who you are:
1、 MS or PhD degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
2、 Must have 1-2+ years industry experience in cell therapy and/or related focused areas.
3、Technical experience in biotechnology industry.
4、 Track record of working with T-cell or stem cell will be a plus.
5、 Ability to develop presentations and posters with available applications datasets.
6、 Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
7、 Experience on all current Cytiva products for which responsibilities cover.
8、Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
9、 Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, scientific research, data analysis, technical documentation, and customer engagement.
10、 Must be willing to travel (estimated around 30%)
