**Summary:** Meta's Real Money Gaming team partners with the world's leading betting, sports gaming, and prediction-markets advertisers. As Client Partner, you'll own the executive relationship and commercial strategy for a portfolio of our largest RMG clients, driving growth through some of the highest-tempo, highest-stakes advertising moments on the platform.This role will focus on growing and defending our top RMG partnerships — requiring deep collaboration with clients, agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams including Product, Policy, and Measurement to navigate a highly regulated, fast-evolving category. You'll sell through a shared strategic vision and rally internal partners to unlock solutions unique to this space.With a full-funnel marketing mindset, you'll be expected to lead complex, undefined workstreams — from regulatory product adoption to emerging verticals like prediction markets — while driving meaningful revenue growth, influencing C-suite executives, and executing with a consultative approach. Success means navigating ambiguous situations by defining priorities, identifying key stakeholders, and driving decisions, moving at the speed of live sporting events, and leveraging deep category knowledge to deliver tailored solutions for clients. **Required Skills:** Client Partner, Real Money Gaming Responsibilities: 1. Own the C-level relationship and long-term commercial strategy for a book of Meta's largest RMG / betting & prediction-markets advertisers 2. Drive revenue growth through joint business planning, upfront negotiations, and identifying scaled investment opportunities 3. Act as a trusted senior advisor on performance, measurement, and full-funnel strategy across app and web 4. Lead a cross-functional pod (Client Solutions, measurement, product, policy & legal) to deliver against client goals — especially during peak sporting tentpole moments 5. Navigate the complex regulatory and policy landscape unique to gambling and prediction markets, partnering closely with policy and legal teams 6. Influence Meta's RMG product roadmap by channeling client and market needs to internal product teams 7. Own accurate forecasting, pipeline, and delivery against quarterly revenue targets 8. Travel as needed to support client relationships and business objectives **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or strategic account management 10. Experience identifying unstructured problems and building new solutions from concept to delivery 11. Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets 12. Experience in introducing performance measures, processes, and systems **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 13. Deep knowledge of performance/app advertising, measurement, and MMPs 14. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 15. Familiarity with the regulatory environment for online gambling / prediction markets 16. Background in gaming, betting, sports, fintech, or another regulated industry 17. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 18. Experience as a Facebook and Instagram user and knowledge of Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions and products 19.
