Accountabilities:
- Create user-centered digital experiences by developing interfaces, prototypes, wireframes, and solutions aligned with product goals and design standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, engineers, designers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective design decisions.
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and interviews to identify opportunities and translate insights into product improvements.
- Transform qualitative and quantitative data into actionable design solutions that improve engagement, adoption, and usability.
- Support front-end development teams by ensuring design consistency and assisting with implementation adjustments when needed.
- Monitor product success metrics such as engagement, adoption, and user satisfaction, proposing improvements based on data analysis.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems, ensuring scalable and consistent components across products.
- Document design processes, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team.
- Continuously explore new methodologies, trends, and techniques in Product Design to improve user experiences.
- Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, and the creation of digital interfaces focused on user experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma or similar tools for prototyping, interface creation, and design documentation.
- Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior data and convert insights into improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency in design delivery.
- Ability to adapt to different types of products and systems, including complex or legacy platforms.
- Familiarity with product management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing B2B digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise solutions, data visualization products, or corporate systems is a plus.
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Industry, or Retail environments.
- Academic background in Design, Marketing, or related fields.
