La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y soporte de equipos de infusión implantados en hospitales de referencia, actuando como interlocutor clave con los distintos departamentos hospitalarios y contribuyendo a la continuidad asistencial de los centros.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?
✅ Gestión y soporte de equipos hospitalarios
Asegurar la correcta reposición, configuración, mantenimiento y resolución de incidencias de los sistemas de infusión instalados en hospitales, garantizando su óptimo funcionamiento y disponibilidad.
✅ Interlocución con diferentes áreas hospitalarias
Mantener una relación cercana y fluida con los distintos departamentos involucrados en la gestión de los equipos: electromedicina, compras, suministros, almacén, dirección asistencial, farmacia hospitalaria y servicios clínicos.
✅ Coordinación y seguimiento operativo
Planificar visitas periódicas a los centros asignados para supervisar el estado de los equipos, coordinar acciones correctivas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio.
✅ Soporte técnico y gestión de software
Realizar actualizaciones, configuraciones básicas y seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con el software asociado a los equipos, facilitando la correcta utilización por parte de los profesionales sanitarios.
✅ Conocimiento del entorno hospitalario
Comprender los circuitos de funcionamiento de los hospitales y las necesidades de los diferentes interlocutores para ofrecer un soporte eficiente y adaptado a cada centro.
