Accountabilities:

• Develop scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript and TypeScript, ensuring performance, maintainability, and adherence to best engineering practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build and maintain React-based applications, including component architecture, Hooks, lifecycle management, and integration with external dependencies.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, including Micro Frontends (Module Federation), Web Components, and distributed system design.
• Ensure code quality through testing strategies, code reviews, documentation, and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and international teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in production environments, with deep understanding of modern frontend development practices.
• Advanced proficiency in React, including Hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Node.js for tooling, build systems, scripting, or lightweight backend services.
• Solid knowledge of Web Components, including Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML Templates.
• Experience with Micro Frontend architectures, including Module Federation, independent deployment strategies, and inter-app communication.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including code generation, prompt engineering, AI agents, and productivity-enhancing workflows.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessible frontend solutions.
• Experience with Storybook for UI documentation, component testing, and visual development workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and distributed teams (advanced English required).
• Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS or Azure), automated testing, and large-scale enterprise systems.
