We have ambitious growth plans, and we are keen for you to join us on the journey.🔍 The RoleWe are hiring a FDE to help customers successfully deploy, validate, and scale their use of the Synthesized platform.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Delivery. You'll be responsible for helping customers implement our products, troubleshooting technical challenges, leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoVs), and ensuring our releases are validated against real-world customer environments before they reach production.You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to bridge the gap between what we build, what we sell, and what our customers need to succeed.This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility across the business.📋 What You'll Be DoingCustomer Delivery & Technical SupportAct as a trusted technical partner during onboarding, implementation, and adoptionTroubleshoot customer issues and own technical resolution from investigation through to completionWork directly with customers to understand technical requirements and deployment challengesImprove customer outcomes by reducing time to value and accelerating successful implementationsProof of Concepts & Proof of ValueLead technical PoCs and PoVs from setup through successful...
